Bridging criminal justice, mental health, and public policy.

For five years, I worked inside the New York City jail system, treating adults with serious mental illnesses, leading multi-disciplinary clinical teams, and collaborating closely with the Department of Corrections. My education, coupled with this practical experience, positions me to help organizations create meaningful change at the intersection of mental health and social systems.

My Consulting Approach

Just as in therapy, I believe in collaboration over hierarchy. I work with organizations, not for them, to identify strengths, address challenges, and create sustainable change that honors both staff wellbeing and client needs.

Interested in exploring how we might work together? Let's start a conversation.Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
